Almond Chicken

I was literary craving for Almond chicken a couple of hours ago. When suddenly i remembered i had my sister’s book with me which had the most amazing authentic Chinese recipes and she tried making a couple of them at moms place and we all ate it with great relish.It didn’t take me long to find the book and then next thing i know was i was so excited to make all by my pretty self khekhekhe ;)

what you need>>>

Chicken boneless———750g
Black pepper————As needed
Salt——————–ATT (according to your taste)
Stir fried almonds——1 cup
Onion——————-1 large
Corn flour————–1 tbsp
Soya sauce————–2 tbsp
Chicken stock———– 2 cups
Any oil———————3 tbsp
Garlic——————-2 cloves, finely chopped

How it’s made>>>

1. Combine chicken stock, Soya sauce and cornflour into a bowl.
2. Cut chicken into one inch pieces.
3. Add salt and Black pepper to chicken pieces according to taste.
4. Heat oil in a pan and add chicken,fry till water dries and the chicken bits turn golden brown.And take out.
5. Fry almonds till light golden. And take out.
6. Now saute onion and garlic in the same pan.
7. Add chicken and almonds to it.
8. Add chicken stock mixture. And cook till the gravy thickens.

Delicious Almond chicken is ready to serve. It can be served with any kind of Rice, especially Boiled Rice or Egg frid Rice.
