If you’re wondering what in earth is Castor sugar, then my friend you have come to the right place, don’t fret!. First of all, Caster and Castor are the same so, don’t let it get to you :)

Now-a-days Castor sugar is readily available in the market. But why waste your money on this simple item, while it’s much much cheaper to make at home. Seriously, it’s that simple.

All you need>>>Castor sugar

  1. Some plain or granulated sugar.
  2. Grinder

How it’s made>>>

Just grind the sugar and you’ll get What they call – Castor sugar.

History of Castor sugar

This fine sugar is named Castor sugar because it was sprinkled with a Castor. Now what in earth is a Castor?

Castor: It is a shaker with a perforated top for sprinkling powdered sugar.
