		<description>Just spin them in the microwave just before serving for a minute or two and keep them in hot-pot.

I always pop them in microwave just before serving, when people are coming towards the table.

I have a question. I have this big dinner coming up for around 25 people and I am thinking to make chicken shashlik as a side dish. I want to make it early but want it to stay soft and warm till guests come. I have experienced if i put them in oven the chicken gets harder. Do you have any tips to achieve it ?</description>
