If you have a sweet tooth and looking for a traditional Asian desert then this is perfect for you.
Ingridients:- 
1. Dried milk powder 1 cup
2. Ghee 1 tbsp
3. Flour 2 tbsp
4. Cream 2 tbsp
5. Baking powder 1 1/2 tsp
6. Egg 1
7. Cardamon powder 1 tsp
Procedure:
- Sift flour and baking powder.
- Add dried milk in it.
- Add ghee, egg and cream and cardimon powder.
- Mix well and make a dough.
- knead well for eight minutes.
- Make small one inch balls.
- heat oil on low flame.
- Add balls in it when it is moderately hot on low flame.
- when the balls float on the surface on oil, increase heat a bit.
- Take out when light brown.
- Put them into the syrup immediately.
- Poke each with fork.
For syrup:
1. Sugar 1 1/2 cup
2. Water 1 cup
For syrup:
1. Combine sugar with water and boil till it is relatively thickens.
2. Add cardimons for flavor.
