Tinned tuna sandwich

Make a tinned tuna sandwich this Thursday, which is today :p

I have three words for this sandwich- Simple, quick and healthy. Focusing more on the word “healthy” I used brown bread for this recipe. O come on, it doesn’t taste as bad as they paint it.

What you need

Tuna————— 1 tin or can whatever you call it
Tomatoes———- finely chopped
Mustard paste—– 1 tsp
Mayonnaise——— 3 tbsp
Onions————- finely chopped
Lemon juice——– 1 tsp
Salad leaves——– 1
Salt n pepper——- according to taste

How it’s made

  1. Combine everything except the salad leaves.
  2. Throw a salad leaf over your lightly toasted bread and throw a batch of tuna mix on it, as much as you like.
  3. You’re done, now eat.

My husband likes Tuna a lot and there is a can in freezer (hope it’s not expired) I never tried for sandwiches. After this recipe, next week’s lunch box is planned 😉 Glad, I found it.
