Chicken cheese sandwich

Cheese, Chicken, Quick recipe, Tea snacks 1 Comment

I was craving for something juicy, soft and tender. Had frozen ready to cook chicken patties so, this is what i made and ate with great relish, every bit of it :)

Normally, i like to make my tomatoes a bit tender, by putting them on an lightly greased pan and sprinkle some salt, black pepper and a dash of brown sugar on top. But this time i used them the way they are, fresh from the farm.

What you need>>>

Everything i used here is all according to your taste, so go ahead and be creative.

Mayonnaise + ketchup + some salt
Tomatoes
Onions
Salad leaves
Bread slices
Cheese slices
Butter
Chicken patties — I used  ready-made frozen chicken patties as a quick fix :D

How it’s made>>>

  1. First i put some butter generously on both sides of the bread and placed on an ungreased pan to get nice brown color.
  2. Then mix mayo. +salt+ ketchup and mix well.
  3. Spread mayo. sauce over the bread.
  4. Then salad leaves.
  5. Then the fried patty and place a cheese slice on top, while the Pattie is still hot, so the cheese will melt nice and soft.
  6. Onions and tomatoes on top and viola!

Enjoy anytime! :)
